I was searching for the perfect apartment after arriving in Singapore on October 2012. Somehow, I came across Fortville where I met Bobby. Bobby always helped me with a smile and lots of kindness. He always went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were pleased. Thanks very much to Bobby and all the staff at Fortville for making 2 years memorable and we will be back. We will return to Fortville again!!! Many thanks!!!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mark who went over above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I will highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone visiting Singapore 😊👍

Stayed at Fortville for a year. Great location close to ECP and access to CBD is good too. The pool, Gym and other amenities are well maintained. But have to give it to the staff led by Ms Tin simply amazing. Mark, Jennyl and FM team, prompt, honest and overall wonderful people.

Shall return for my future stays in Singapore.

We stayed for 2 months from 21/02/22. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Fortville is located on a very busy road and our 1BR unit faced the road. To minimize noise from the heavy truck traffic it was necessary to keep the windows closed at all times. We requested another unit but none was available. Good bus services are available at the doorstep. Mark the manager was always available n helpful.

Amazing service apt. for short and long duration at decent prices. Ideally located near East Coast Park and at a great number of bus lines to reach the center town in no time. The entire crew and management are lovely, super helpful and very accommodating. The premises are kept really clean and the facilities include a nice pool, a gym as well as barbecue pit. Ideal for families too.

I stayed at Fortville for about 2 months.

I must say that it was a pleasant stay. The location was good. The facilities were sufficient and well maintained. Almost all your staff that I had interacted with, seem to be well motivated and professional. In particular our unit housekeeping was done by Casey. She was fast, efficient, thorough and friendly.

Thank you Bobby and the staff for making me feel at home in Singapore during my short stay at Fortville. I hope I have a chance to stay with you again in the future.

Before I go back, I want to thank you for your good service especially your good housekeeping. Your housekeeper for my apartment is very kind and polite. My apartment is always clean. When my mother needed help, she is glad to help her. I think you can have a good colleague due to your good management. Thanks for your good service again.

It’s a clean and comfortable service apartment. The cleaner comes on Mon, Wed and Fri to clean and change the sheets. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are bus stops nearby, but the nearest MRT station is Mountbatten, which is 15 mins walk. There are no shops nearby, but there’s a community hawker centre within 10 mins walk.

lovely and comfortable accomodation! The room is cozy as pictured, they provide both soft and hard pillows! Kitchen abit crampy for cooking but is well-furnished, laundry area is perfect with dryer and washer. The location is so convenient to entertainment activities and supermarkets, just a few bus stops to town. Easy access to pool and jacuzzi! Thank you very much for the getaway~

Thank you very much for a very warm staycation at Fortville. It was a very homey experience for my family. It’s very near to CBD area and eateries. Very clean and comfort accommodation with friendly and helpful staffs especially to Mark who arranged everything that we need. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Mark was very accomodating to our duration of stay even if we had to extend it due to flight changes. The room was spacious and had all the utilities we needed and service was great. We appreciate your hospitality.

The place is 15 minutes from Mountbatten, if you like a quiet place to stay this is a place for you. We’ve stayed for 2 weeks and we love the big fridge and washing machine with dryer. There’s a small grocery store at petrol station too.

We had an excellent 9 day stay in Mark’s unit. Mark was excellent with communication. This apartment really felt like a hotel and near many forms of public transportation and great places to eat. Would recommend for anyone planning to stay long term.

Great serviced apartment with reasonable price, good service and nice staff. Friendly staffs providing housekeeping service three times a week, reasonable size swimming pool. Room come with free WiFi, local calls and StarHub channels. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use and very useful for light washing. Walking distance to the East Coast Park where you can jog, bike and enjoy the beach. A few minutes drive to the city centre and Singapore national stadium / sport hub. Stayed in this serviced apartment with my family of 3 for two weeks. Great host and friendly staffs !

Mark has been an outstanding host, he helped us sort out a last minute booking on the weekend and allowed us to checkin the next day. The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The gym and swimming pool are often not crowded which was perfect for us. 15mins walk or 10mins bike to old airport road which has amazing food and is close to the riverside park along the waterfront where you can bike or run peacefully. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Well located apartment, close to city, highway & parks. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home – small kitchenette, washer & dryer, iron etc. There are shops and eateries and a hawker centre about 10 mins walk and 2 petrol stations with mini-marts 5 mins behind the apartment. Helpful & friendly staff and housekeeping cleans the apartment every alternate day.

Bob’s place is amazing and I had a great stay there. The swimming pool and gym is also very clean. The staff at fortville including the house keeping ladies were extremely nice. The house has a kitchen where you can cook your own meal and a washing machine and a dryer. There is also good food nearby and the apartment is very close to mountbatten mrt station. Highly recommend this place.

Bob and his team are amazing. The time I stayed at this service apartment, they made me feel more home and easy with everything. I am grateful for their effort and care. I am willing to stay there again therefore. Only downside was the location but still manageable since the bus stop to the city central is right in front of the apartment. In fact, I felt very calm and relaxing myself staying the area since it was out of all the hassles from the city scene but still close enough to commute.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Fortville Serviced Apartments. Mark & the whole wonderful team at Fortville are consumate professionals, highly approachable & extremely welcoming. Good access to public transport (bus stops 1-5min away, Mountbatten MRT ~10min walk), small supermarket at local petrol station just down road had everything for shorter stays (~3min walk), or head to Stadium (~20-30min walk or go via MRT) for larger version. Fortville is also a fantastic option if you arrive on an early morning 0300-0500 flight, and should self-checkin not quite go according to plan, someone kindly there to welcome you in person – thank you again much Mr Maru 🙏. A quick note for others regarding the self-checkin process, please remember to revisit the link sent to you via Airbnb message environment & (re-)use this link to 1) initially register, 2) complete self-checkin and also 3) access door lock code information. All in all – would I stay here again? … most definitely!!! 😊

Had a great stay at Mark’s place. Was probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. It was genuinely pristine, even the dishes were dust free. Every few days the cleaners would come and clean the place too, and they were very friendly and courteous. Location is a short walk to Jalan Batu Hawker Centre, which has some really good eats. It’s a little far to the nearest MRT or even Old Airport Road Food Centre, but it’s still walkable. The buses nearby can take you to almost anywhere though, which was very convenient. Overall though, it was a really really pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time there. I’d be happy to stay again.
