After successfully completing the self-check-in process, you will promptly receive an email receipt containing details of the check-in completion, including your room number and door pin code. To access your apartment, please activate the keypad, enter the provided pin code, and press the lock icon.

We have implemented a streamlined self-check-in and registration process, designed for your convenience.

Step 1: At least five days before your arrival, you will receive an email prompting you to complete the guest registration process. We kindly request that you upload identification documents (NRIC, FIN IC, or passports) for all occupants.

Step 2: On your arrival date, you will be required to perform a self-check-in by confirming any outstanding payments and undergoing facial verification to successfully complete the process.

To complete the check-out process, please return the two gate tokens to our front desk staff.

Additionally, ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for and leave the apartment in good condition. Any items left behind will be discarded.

The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from the date of check-out. Please contact accounts@fortville.com.sg for any inquiries.

We do general cleaning and housekeeping thrice a week.

Depending upon which floor level you are in, your housekeeping will be on a Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat basis.

We do not do housekeeping on Sundays or Public Holidays.

There is a washing machine, dryer and iron in every apartment.

For laundry and dry-cleaning services, our current service provider is Ever-Clean Laundry.

Kindly fill up the laundry checklist and put your laundry in the plastic bag provided inside your unit.

Bring your laundry down to the reception counter and we’ll have it coordinated.

Please approach our staff at the front desk counter during office hours and we can scan your documents free of charge.

Print-outs and photocopies are chargeable at S$0.50 per page for black and white; while S$0.80 per page for colored.

EZ Link cards are available at all MRT Station and some convenient store.

Alternatively, you may purchase at the front desk during office hours available for $10 per card.

No, the swimming pool is a shared facility available to all residents for Fortville.

We do not allow it to be booked for exclusive use.

Yes, you need to book the bbq pit to use it. There are no booking charges.

Please note that we only allow a maximum of 8 pax to use the area.

The Gym is open from 7 am to 9:00 pm only.

ATM’s for banks like DBS and POSB are available at the petrol stations which are 4 minutes walk away from us.

POSB @ SPC Petrol Station ; POSB/DBS @ Esso Petrol Station

FairPrice Express and Choices are just 4 minutes away from Fortville. Located in the petrol stations, they are open 24 hours.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and the BBQ pit are all located at the 2nd floor.

1 complimentary parking for residents who drive.
2nd car and so on will be chargeable at S$150/month per car.

You can park your bicycle at our bicycle station with a secured lock at the ground floor.

It’s advisable to use a chain-lock or a U-lock type for better security

Yes, a complimentary Wi-Fi connection is provided.

For the Wi-Fi password, kindly refer to the in-room guide provided to you in the apartment.

Please call the newspaper or magazine provider and subscribe with them directly.

Kindly indicate your unit number so that it will delivered to you directly.

Yes, a single-size bed can be provided to you, and it comes in a full set with a bed sheet, pillow, blanket, and towel.

Note that there will be additional charges for this at $30 per night.

Yes, we provide. Guests with infants are provided with a complimentary baby cot set.

If you need one, please let us know in advance so that we could prepare it for you and put it inside your unit.

We are unable to activate additional TV channels.

Please contact the local provider to apply your own subscription.

Yes, you can. Please approach the front desk during office hours.

Please be informed that lost tokens are charged at $35 per token.

You can buy a SIM card at FairPrice Express located at Esso Petrol Station.

Kindly bring your passport with you as it will be registered under your name.

We can issue a new set of tokens to you.

Please note that lost gate tokens are chargeable at $35 per token.

Pets are adorable, but we strictly do not allow pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

We have a designated smoking area on the ground floor, near the open parking lots.

All mails are delivered to us at the front desk counter.

We will have it segregated and be delivered to you directly.
